Meet Becky
My own wellness path began in 2021 when I was diagnosed with granulomatous rosacea. Over the course of a year, I followed a dermatologist-directed regimen of multiple topical ointments and oral medications but my condition worsened dramatically. I decided to step away from the drugs and examine other factors that could be impacting my health.
After an elimination diet and food sensitivity test to discover hidden sources of inflammation, as well as an honest examination of my self-care regimen, I became much more in tune with my own body. My skin made a remarkable turnaround and, within a few months, almost all signs of the rosacea were gone.
Around that same time, I discovered the Integrative Institute for Nutrition, and their philosophy immediately resonated with me, especially as I began navigating the physical and mental shifts of midlife. Their belief that health isn’t shaped solely by the food on your plate, but by every area of your life that nourishes you, felt deeply aligned with what I was witnessing in myself and in other women during perimenopause and menopause. After a year of study, I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
Given my own experiences, I decided to focus my work on supporting women as they move through perimenopause and into menopause, which is an often deeply misunderstood stage of life. Here you’ll find thoughtful insights, practical resources, and steady encouragement to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your choices.
